护理干预在预防ICU患者下肢深静脉血栓形成中的效果观察

Observation on effects of nursing intervention in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis in ICU patients

目的 研究护理干预在预防ICU患者下肢深静脉血栓形成中的临床疗效.方法 选取ICU2011年5月至2013年5月收治的患者100例,采取随机分配方式将其分为实验组和对照组.实验组患者50例,采取综合护理干预措施对患者下肢深静脉血栓进行预防,对照组患者50例,采取常规护理.实验结束后,对两组患者深静脉血栓发生情况进行对比分析.结果 实验结束后,实验组共发生深静脉血栓3例,深静脉血栓发生率为6.0％,对照组共发生深静脉血栓8例,深静脉血栓发生率为16.0％.经比较两组患者在深静脉血栓发生情况上差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 护理干预在预防ICU患者下肢深静脉血栓形成中的有较好的临床疗效,显著减少深静脉血栓发生率.

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of nursing intervention in the prevention of ICU patients with deep vein thrombosis （DVT）. Methods We selected 100 patients admitted in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2013, and randomly divided them into experimental and control groups, 50 patients in each group. Experimental group took synthetical nursing care interventions and control group took common nursing care. After the experiment, the incidence of DVT in patients of two groups were analyzed. Results After the experiment, in the experimental group there were there cases with DVT rate of 6.0%, in the control group there were seven cases with DVT rate of 16.0%. By comparing the two groups in the incidence of deep vein thrombosis, statistical significant difference was found, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion ICU nursing intervention for the prevention of DVT in patients has better clinical efficacy, with a significant reduction in the incidence of DVT.
