摘要
以实验室新复配的HP-2为正浮选捕收剂,针对云南海口某高硅低镁胶磷矿(原矿P2O520.48%,SiO244.86%)进行正选排除硅酸盐和碳酸盐杂质的试验研究。经"一粗一精一扫"简单浮选流程可以获得P2O528.90%、回收率79.79%、SiO228.45%的良好浮选指标,实现了胶磷矿和石英等硅质矿物的有效分离,且尾矿P2O5品位6.98%可直接抛尾,与传统捕收剂相比,该改性药剂浮选性能比较优良。
Direct beneficiation tests were conducted on the high silicon and low magnesium carbonate phosphate ores in Haikou, Yunnan Province, using a new compound collector HP-2 to re- move silicates and carbonates and other impurities. The favorable flotation indexes could be obtained through a simple flotation cir- cuit of " once roughing, once cleaning and once scavenging "with P2O528.90%, recovery 79.79% and Si0228. 450/00 to effectively separate collophanite, quartzes and other silicate minerals and to directly discard tailings P2 O5 6.98%. Compared with the conven- tional collectors, the modified reagent has thebetter flotation performance.
