摘要
针对某低品位胶磷矿镁含量高,硅含量较低的特点,采用单一反浮工艺,经脱泥一粗一扫二精反浮闭路流程,可获得含P2O530.34%、MgO 1.64%的磷精矿,P2O5回收率70.66%,取得了较好的选矿效果。
Reverse flotation tests were carried out on a low grade collophanite with low content of silicate and high content of magnesium by a simple reverse flotation process through a closed circuit of desliming-once roughing once scavenging-twice cleaning with good results achieved of phosphate concentrate being P2 O: 30. 34% and MgO 1.64% and P2,O5 recovery 70. 66%.
