摘要
采用直接浮选法选别大峪口露采胶磷矿,存在精矿泡沫粘度大、泡沫不易破碎、精矿难以沉降、精矿中MgO质量分数高等问题,且精矿浆不能满足生产优级品磷酸二铵(DAP)的要求。因此在实验室试验基础上,选用新型SP药剂为磷矿物抑制剂,并采用"优先脱硅—粗精矿脱镁"的正反浮选新工艺对原有直接浮选法工艺流程进行了改造和工业化试验。结果表明:当原矿P2O5为17.90%、MgO为4.28%时,可获得精矿P2O531.62%、MgO 0.74%、回收率81.35的指标。
in the direct flotation process to separate cellophane mined in open-pit in Dayukou Phosphate Mine, problems occurred of excessive viscosity of concentrate froth, froth not easy to break, concentrate difficult to subside, high content of magnesium oxide in concentrate and concentrate slurry unable to satisfy the require- ment for producing top grade diammonium orthophosphate (DAP). Consequently, transformation and industrial tests of the existing direct flotation process were conducted by a new direct and reverse flotation process with desilication priority-magnesium re- moval in crude ore and concentrate using a new SP reagent as phosphate depressor based on the laboratory tests. The results showed that when crude ores have P203 17.90 % and MgO 4.28 %, indices of P205 31.62 %, MgO O. 74 % and recovery 81.35 can be obtained for concentrate.
