摘要
房屋建筑的外墙裂缝和渗水等问题,一直是建筑质量的通病。如何解决外墙的裂缝和渗水难题,将是影响建筑质量的一个重要因素。文章将墙体裂缝及外墙渗漏的原因及防治措施进行了总结,以供同行参考。
Cracks and seepage of building＇s exterior wall have been a common problem of construction quality, how to address these thorny challenges is one of the key factors that influence the quality of construction.This paper summarizes the reasons and prevention measures of cracks and seepage of building＇s exterior wall, in order to provide references for colleagues.
