试论现代供电企业班组文化建设的途径与建议

Ways and suggestions for the class cultural construction of modern power supply enterprises

注重班组文化建设,对于现代供电企业的健康发展起着积极的重要作用。文章以笔者所在的供电公司班组文化现状为个案,通过分析总结与归纳,认为供电公司在班组文化建设方面做出的尝试是有成效的,能提高工作效率。针对当前状况,指明了班组文化建设对企业文化建设的意义,探讨了现代供电企业班组文化建设的基本途径,同时提出了4点建议。

Paying more attention to the team cultural construction plays an important role for the healthy development of the modern power supply enterprises.By analysing the present situation of team cultural construction in the power supply company where the anthor works, this paper concludes that the team cultural construction is effective and can improve the work efficiency.In view of the current situation, it points out the significance of the team cultural construction to the cultural construction of enterprises, discusses the basic ways of team cultural construction of the modern power supply enterprises and puts forward four suggestions.
