摘要 RAPD分子标记技术是利用随机引物,通过PCR扩增来检测DNA多态性的技术。文中主要介绍了RAPD分子标记技术的概念、基本原理以及优缺点,总结了RAPD分子标记技术在植物研究上的应用现状,并对RAPD分子标记技术在植物遗传多样性分析、基因指纹图谱构建、亲缘关系分析、品种鉴定以及药用植物和珍稀植物等方面的研究前景进行了展望。 Random amplified polymorphic DNA molecular marker technology use random primers through PCR amplification to detect the DNA polymorphism.The concept,basic principle,advantages and disadvantages of RAPD molecular marker technology were introduced,the application status in plant research was summarized,the research prospect of RAPD molecular marker technology in plant genetic diversity analysis,genetic fingerprinting construction,phylogenetic analysis,variety identification,medicinal plants and rare plants were forecasted.
