3种中草药对沙门氏菌的抑制机理初探 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]探索3种中草药对沙门氏菌的抑制机理。[方法]采用水煎法提取中草药中的抑菌成分,处理沙门氏菌,通过测定沙门氏菌的生长曲线、苹果酸脱氢酶活性、电导率和菌体超微结构,初步探讨中草药提取液对沙门氏菌的抑制机理。[结果]中草药提取液能有效的抑制菌体的生长,并可以通过降低酶活性、改变细胞膜渗透性、破坏细胞结构等方式,抑制沙门氏菌的生长,效果最好的为鹿蹄草,其次为黄岑,最差的是地榆。[结论]3种中草药对沙门氏菌均有一定的抑制作用。 [Objective] To explore inhibitory mechanism of three Chinese herbals against Salmonella.[Method] Water decoction method was adopted to extract the active ingredients from Chinese herbal mcdicine against Salmonella.The inhibitory mechanism of herbals against Salmonella was discussed hy testing the bacteria growth curve,malate dehydrogenase activity,conductivity and the cell ultrastructure of Salmonella.[Result] The results showed that the herbal extracts to bacteria growth have shown obviously inhibitory effect,and also can inhibit the growth of Salmonella by reducing the enzyme activity,changing the cell membrane permeability and destroying the cellular structure.The best effect of Chinese herbal medicine is Pyrola rotundifolia,next is Scutellaria baicalensis and Sanguisorba officinalis is the last.[Conclusion] Three Chinese herbal medicines have inhibitory effects on Salmonella
