Improvement of Professional Level and Ability of Beijing Rural Tourism Practitioners

在北京乡村旅游业迅速发展的背景下,分析了其中存在的乡村旅游人才开发不足、旅游从业人员专业能力较低的问题,认为人才匮乏成为制约其发展的瓶颈。因此,发展乡村旅游人才,提升乡村旅游从业人员的专业水平和能力已成为北京乡村旅游业发展的重要任务之一。通过对北京乡村旅游从业人员专业水平和能力的调查,了解北京乡村旅游人员的能力与综合素质现状,并提出相关的提升建议。

Under the background of rapid development of Beijing rural tourism,the problems of low rural tourism talent development and tourism practitioners professional ability were analyzed,the lack of talents become the bottleneck of restricting the development.Therefore,development of rural tourism talents,improvement of rural tourism practitioners＇ professional level and ability has become one of the important tasks of the development of rural tourism in Beijing.Through investigation on professional level and ability of Beijing rural tourism practitioners,the current situation was understood,several relevant suggestions were put forward.
