摘要
微灌过滤的目的在于滤除水源中可能造成灌水器堵塞的杂质颗粒,因此过滤效果评价指标和杂质颗粒滤除效果有关。试验采用砂过滤器模型,选取浊度、颗粒含量、粒度分布3个指标进行泥沙过滤效果分析。结果表明在原水颗粒质量分数、过滤速度相同,滤层厚度的改变的情况下,3个指标得出的结论相一致,均反映出滤层厚度与过滤效果呈正相关。3个指标在过滤评价中均存在一些问题。
The aim of micro-irrigation filter is to remove particles which may jam the irrigation system,so the evaluation index of filter is related with the removal efficiency of these particles.Using sand filter model,selecting three indexes of turbidity,particle concentration,particle size distribution,the sand filtering effect was analyzed.The results showed that while using the same raw water and filtering speed but changing the depth of the filter layers,three indexes are consistent with each other,that is,the depth of the filter is correlated with filtering effect.Three indi cators all have some problems in filter evaluation.
