宣恩县现代烟草农业发展的SWOT分析

SWOT Analysis of Modern Tobacco Agriculture Development in Xuan'en County

为了积极推进宣恩县现代烟草农业发展进程,运用SWOT分析法对宣恩县现代烟草农业发展的优劣势、机遇及挑战进行系统论述。结果表明,宣恩县发展现代烟草农业在生态条件、基础设施建设,农工商结合上具有优势,但在劳动力保障、植烟面积、烟农素质方面面临一系列挑战。对此提出了相关的对策建议,以期有效促进宣恩县现代烟草农业建设。

In order to actively promote the development of modern tobacco agriculture in Xuan＇ en County,SWOT analysis method was adopted to conduct elaboration on the strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and challenges.The results showed that Xuan＇ en County has advantages in ecological conditions,infrastructure construction,business combination,but in labor protection,planting tobacco area,farmers＇ qualities face a series of challenges.Aiming at this,relevant countermeasures and suggestions were put forward in order to promote the construction of modem tobacco agriculture in Xuan＇ en County.
