基于动网格的齿轮箱内部流场数值模拟 被引量:18

摘要 基于不可压缩流体控制方程和RNG(Renormalization-group)k-ε湍流模型,对油浴润滑的齿轮箱内部流场进行动态数值模拟。利用VOF(Volume of Fluid Model)法追踪自由液面,采用PISO(Pressure-Implicit with Splitting of Operators)算法求解齿轮箱内部流场。基于动网格技术实现实时模拟齿轮箱内部流场的压力和气液两相流分布的变化规律。模拟结果表明:(1)通过流体数值模拟可以得到不同旋转方向下齿轮箱内部流场中的两相流分布及压力和速度动态变化,分析中出现的涡流现象对气液两相的分布有较大影响,且不同旋转方向工况下涡流分布也不同。(2)不同转速工况下齿轮箱内部两相流分布变化不明显,但压力值出现较大变化。 Based on governing equations of incompressible fluid and the RNG (Renormalization-group) k - ε turbulence model, the interior transient flow field of gearboxes with oil-bath lubrication is numerically simulated. The VOF ( Volume of Fluid Model) method is used to trace the free surface and the PISO (Pressure-Implicit with Splitting of Operators) algorithm is adopted to solve the interior flow field of gearboxes. Rules of dynamic changes of gas-liquid two-phase flow distribution and oil pressure in the interior flow field of gearboxes are easy to be simulated in real time by dynamic mesh technology of Fluent. The results show that ( 1 ) through the fluid numerical simulation, the transient status of gas-liquid two-phase distribution of flow fluid could be received as well as oil pressure and velocity in the gearbox under the condition of different rotation directions. The vortex phenomenon appearing during the analysis has a great impact on the gas-liquid two-phase distribution of flow fluid. A the same time, the distribution of vortex is also different under the condition of different rotation directions. (2) Two-phase distribution in the interior flow field of gearboxes doesn' t show an obvious change under the condition of different speeds ; however, the pressure value shows an obvious change.
