摘要
碳纤维复合材料补强修复技术具有不动火、不停输、带压修复等优点,近年来得到广泛应用。但目前修复效果评价主要依靠有限元分析和爆破试验,缺乏在线评价方法。由此采用电阻应变计法测量缺陷处补强修复前后的应变值,研究管道承压能力和安全系数的变化。结果表明,补强修复后缺陷处环向应力显著降低,测量结果与经典理论的计算数值基本吻合。电阻应变计法可以定量得到管道补强修复前后的应变和应力变化,真实反映管道的承压能力,从而可以在线评价管道补强修复的效果。现场试验表明,该方法操作简单、数据可靠,可以显著降低管道的运行风险。
Carbon fiber composite system repair technique is an advanced pipeline repair technique. It has many advantages such as the in-line repairing, simple construction and good repair effects. In recent years, it has been widely used. However, the evaluation of repair effect relies mainly on the finite element analysis and the burst test. There is the lack of the means of in-line monitoring repair effects in practical application now. For the above reasons, the stress and strain monitoring method is proposed for the first in home, which is used to evaluate the repairing effect. The results showed that the method has the advantages of simple operation and reliable data. The method may monitor quantitatively the capacity of bearing pipeline pressure before and after repair in defect points and reduce pipeline running risk. The results of field tests also show that the stress and strain monitoring method to evaluate the pipeline repair effects is feasible.
