电动轮卡车远程监控与维修系统的设计与实现

摘要 为了实现电动轮卡车的安全运行和获得高效的维修决策,研制了一套集多路关键点信息采集、分析、监控和维修于一体的车载监控器、远程监控与维修决策系统。系统主要采用嵌入式计算机、GPRS无线数据传输、专家系统和维修决策等技术,由信号采集与分析处理的车载监控器和远程监控中心的上位机以及维修决策软件系统三部分组成。系统硬件结构紧凑,具有信号采集精度高、处理速度快及实时监控性强等优点;远程维修决策系统采用专家系统诊断,为维修人员提供辅助维修决策。实践表明,该系统运行效率高,对于保障电动轮卡车的安全运行和辅助维修具有积极作用。 In order to achieve safe operation of the electric-wheeled truck and efficient maintenance decision, the paper developed a set of truck-mounted monitor and remote monitoring and maintenance system, which combined data acquisition, analysis and monitoring of key points of multiple circuit as well as maintenance, The system integrated the embedded computer, GPRS wireless, expert system and maintenance decision technologies, and consisted of the truck-mounted monitor in charge of signal acquisition, analysis and processing, the master computer at remote monitoring center and maintenance decision software. The system was characterized by compact hardware structure, high processing speed and excellent real-time monitoring performance. The remote maintenance decision system conducted diagnosis by expert system and offered auxiliary maintenance decisions for maintenance personnel. Practice showed that the system operated efficiently and possessed positive influences for guaranteeing the safe operation of the electric-wheeled truck.
