摘要
针对大型辊压机辊轴与辊套的过盈装配及油压装拆参数计算问题,首先根据成熟计算公式,利用VB语言对装配的过盈量及油压装拆参数进行计算;然后利用商业有限元软件ANSYS对过盈装配进行了强度分析;同时对油压装拆过程进行了模拟分析。两种计算方法得出的结论基本一致,验证了程序的可靠性。提供了一种针对过盈装配及油压装拆参数的编程和有限元相结合的计算方式。
To study the interference assembly of the roller and the roller sleeve of large roller press and the calculation on hydraulic assembling and disassembling parameters, firstly according to conventional calculation formulas, the paper applied VB language to calculate the interference amount and the hydraulic assembling and disassembling parameters. And then, it used ANSYS to analyze the strength of the interference assembly, and simulated the hydraulic assembling and disassembling process. The results of the two methods were identical, which validated the reliability of the program. The study offered a kind of method integrated programming and FEA for calculating the interference assembly and hydraulic assembling and disassembling parameters.
