摘要
对大型露天矿半移动式破碎站破碎部钢结构支撑体进行了力学分析。以产能3 000 t/h的半移动式破碎站为例,利用ANSYS有限元分析理论,建立系统荷载组合及有限元模型,进行了钢结构支撑的刚度、强度、稳定性及模态分析。分析结果表明,钢结构各方面性能均满足要求,为半移动式破碎站系统的设计提供了理论依据。
The paper analyzed the steel frame support Of the crushing unit of a semi-mobile crushing station with capacity of 3 000 t/h in large surface mines. It applied ANSYS finite element analysis theory to establish the system loading combination and the finite element model, and conducted the stiffness, strength, stability and modal analysis of the steel frame. The analysis results showed that the steel frame met the requirements in all properties, which offered theoretical basis for the design of the semi-mobile crushing station.
