Establishment and application of database for key equipments of crushing and grinding process in mines

摘要 建立矿石破碎磨矿流程数据库,可以进行矿山破碎磨矿流程技术分析,并对其工艺流程优化和主要设备选型提供指导。介绍了矿石破碎磨矿流程数据库的建立架构以及数据库技术参数之间的逻辑关系。技术参数主要涉及物料性质及状态、工艺参数、设备结构参数和运行参数等。通过对数据库数据进行分析,得到了矿石性质以及磨矿过程等方面的规律性结论,并建立了半自磨机计算模型。 The establishment of the database for ore crushing and grinding process is conducive to technical analysis on crushing and grinding process and guidance offer for process optimization and sizing of main equipments. In the paper, the database frame and the logical relationship among technical parameters in the database were introduced. The technical parameters involved ore nature, process parameters, structural parameters of equipments and operation parameters. After analyzing the data in the database, laws about the ore nature and the comminution process were concluded, and then the calculation model of the SAG (semi- autogenous grinding) mill was built.
