摘要
针对矿山机械广泛应用的液压系统,笔者采用环状静电传感器,利用油微弱的带电量对矿山机械设备液压系统吸油管路故障进行监测。并建立试验系统,对液压系统吸油过程进行模拟,根据被测信号对液压系统油路输送过程进行监测及诊断。试验结果表明,环状静电传感器可对液压系统油路进行监测。
The hydraulic system is widely used in mining machinery. In the paper, annular electrostatic sensors were used to monitor the malfunction in suction pipeline of the hydraulic system of mining machinery. The electrostatic sensor measures the pipeline malfimction with trace quantity of electricity of oil. The test system was established to simulate the suction process of the hydraulic system. The transmission process in pipeline of the hydraulic system was monitored and diagnosed according to measured signals. Test results showed that the annular electrostatic sensor could monitor the pipeline of the hydraulic system.
