摘要 为了实现异步电动机同步控制,采用PLC变频调速方式,根据主从电动机转速偏差及其变化率设计模糊PID补偿控制器,补偿从电动机与主电动机转速偏差。同时为了实现同步精度,介绍了电动机转速测量方法及同步控制算法,并通过基于PLC变频器、编码器及异步电动机的双电动机同步控制平台,进行同步控制测试,实现同步控制,同步效果较好。 In order to realize the synchronous control of the asynchronous motor, variable frequency speed regulation based on PLC was applied. According to the deviation of master-slave motor speed and the deviation varying rate, a fuzzy PID compensating controller was designed to compensate the deviation of master-slave motor speed. Moreover, in order to achieve the synchronization accuracy, the method of measuring the motor speed and the synchronous control algorithm were introduced. Test for synchronous control of double motors was carried out on the double-motor synchronous control platform involving PLC, inverter, encoders and asynchronous motors, and the synchronous control was achieved with good effects.
