造纸黑液制取水煤浆添加剂的研究

Study on Preparation of the Additive for Coal Water Slurry with Pulping Liquids

本文考察了造纸黑液处理物和两种添加剂对义马煤成浆性能的影响。在一定条件下 ,将造纸黑液进行磺化、缩合、复配、改性 ,所得产物与其它两种添加剂相比性能良好。其对义马煤所制水煤浆 (煤浆浓度 6 3% )流动性好 ,性能稳定。其与工业 TEAXCO气化装置所用的添加剂 (水剂 )

The processed product of pulping waste liquid and other two additives were investigated for the preparation of CWS.The pulping waste liquid sulphonated, condensed and complexed can be used as additve of CWS.Compared with the other two additives, the product is better additive ofr making CWS. The performance of CWS made by the additive are similar with the additives which is used in industrial plant.
