以聚乙烯醇及十二烷基硫酸钠为乳化剂,对以丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯为主单体,以丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺为次要单体实施乳液共聚反应,研究了单体用量及单体配比与乳胶剪切性能之间的关系。在反应体系中,单体总用量对乳胶的剪切强度具有决定性影响,随着单体总用量的增加,剪切强度呈现出先缓慢增加而后急剧下降的变化趋势;正交实验结果表明,单体对乳胶性能影响以丙烯酸的影响最大。
Tetrapolymer emulsoid was synthesized by emulsion copolymerization process with butyl acrylate and styrene as major monomers, acrylic acid and acrylamide as minor monomers, and poly (vinyl alcohol) and lauryl sodium sulfate as emulsifier. The effects of monomer quantity and their ratio on the properties of the emulsoid were studied. In this reaction system, the total amount of the monomers exerted a decisive influence on the shear strength of the emulsoid. As the total amount of the monomers increased, the shear strength exhibited the trend of going up slowly in the initial phase in the curve and then dropping off sharply after the inflexion point. The orthogonal design experiment verified that among the monomers, acrylic acid had the greatest effect on behaviour of the emulsoid.
