寿阳县白马河综合治理工程建设方案的优化设计研究

Research on Optimization Design of Construction Schemes of Baima River Comprehensive Treatment Project in Shouyang County

寿阳县的经济和城市建设飞速发展,取得了前所未有的成绩。与此同时,寿阳县的母亲河—白马河也受到了严重的污染,基本丧失了河道的防洪和生态功能。基于此,寿阳县政府将白马河寿阳县城区段生态环境综合治理修复和保护工程作为一项重大的民生工程实施。研究从设计理念、总体布局、河道治理、道路交通及项目投资等多方面因素考虑,优化出合理的规划方案。其研究成果可以为类似的河道治理项目提供借鉴。

Shouyang County had got merits such as unprecedented progress in economy development and urban construction.Meanwhile,as the mother river of Shouyang County,Baima River has encountered severe pollution,and lost the flood controlling and ecological functions.In this paper,the local government took the comprehensive ecological restoration and conservation project of urban Baima River as a significant livelihood project.Synthesizing factors such as the design philosophy,general layout planning,river comprehensive treatment,road traffic and project investment,a rational optimization planning programme was proposed.This research also can be applied as references in similar river treatment projects.
