Brief Discussion on Dynamic management of Hydraulic and Hydroelectric Project

目前,水利水电工程的建设正处于高速发展时期,但是,由于水利水电工程施工条件复杂,项目规模庞大,所涉及的专业和牵涉范围均较广,所以要求对工程进度、造价、质量等工作进行综合控制。文中主要介绍了水利水电工程项目中动态管理的现实运用,包括进度管理,造价管理及工程质量管理。

Nowdays the construction of hydraulic and hydroelectric project is in high-speed development period.Whereas the construction condition of building the hydraulic project usually are very complex,some project scales are very large and the professional technique and scope to which the projects are related are very wide,so that the construction schedule,the construction cost and project quality must be controlled comprehensively.The paper briefly introduces the actual use of dynamic management in the process of building projects.These management contents include schedule,cost and quality management.
