摘要
新时期的汾河治理由传统的治理理念向经济、环保、生态方向发展,水利工程建设由传统型转变为生态环保型已初见成效。文中结合建设过程中发现的一些薄弱环节,提出了有针对性地开展现代化建设与管理的意见。
In new period the Fen River＇s regulation has developed from traditional regulation idea to economical, eco-environment direction, the transformation of hydraulic project from traditional type to eco-environmental type has win initial success. In combination with some weak links that have been discovered in construction process, the paper puts forward some views being aimed at development of modernization construction and management of hydraulic project.
