继续医学教育是医学教育体系的重要组成部分,是广大在职卫生技术人员主动适应卫生服务需求、全面提升职业素质、实现终身教育和职业发展的一项基本医学教育制度。本院主要从提高继续医学教育及其重要性的认识,建立健全继续医学教育规章制度,加强继续医学教育质量管理等方面做好继续医学教育工作,从而提高卫生队伍素质和卫生服务水平,推动卫生事业改革与发展。

Continuing medical education is an important part of the medical education system, vast number of health professionals working actively adapt to demand for health services, to enhance the professional quality, lifelong education and professional development to achieve a basic medical education system. Our hospital mainly from the increased importance of continuing medical education and awareness, establishs and improves rules and regulations of continuing medical education, strengthens quality management, thus improving the quality of health workforce and health services to promote health reform and development.
