摘要
研制成功一种对 CO2 具有促进传递作用的新型膜材料——聚乙烯胺。将此膜材料覆盖在聚砜膜表面制成复合膜。考察了复合膜的多层结构 ,复合膜对 CO2 、CH4、N2 等的吸着性能 ,及复合膜对 CO2 和 CH4的分离透过性能。结果表明 ,该复合膜对 CO2 有很高的吸着量 ,而对其他测试气体仅有极微弱的吸着 ;对 CO2 /
A new polymeric membrane material polyvinylamine(PVAm), which contains amino groups facilitating the transport of CO 2 in the membrane, has been developed. A composite membrane was made up by covering a support PS membrane with the polyvinylamine. The structure of the composite membrane, the properties of CO 2, CH 4 and N 2 sorption in the composite membrane, and the performance for CO 2/CH 4 separation of the composite membrane were investigated. The results show that, the composite membrane has high sorption capacity of CO 2 but very low sorption capacity of CH 4 and N 2; and the composite membrane can separate CO 2/CH 4 very well.
