以 VAE为种子 ,选择适宜的乳化剂用量并一次加入 ,进行 VAc半连续乳液聚合 ,通过电镜可看出获得了大、小粒子共存的复合体系。采用这种以加宽粒径分布为目的的聚合工艺 ,制备出了固含量达到 6 0 %的 VAE/
In order to prepare high solid content emulsion, chosen as seed, VAE polymerized with VAc by seeded semi continuous emulsion polymerization under special conditions, such as the appropriate amount of emulsifier and once through addition method. The TEM photos show that there are two kinds of particles in the emulsion, one is big particle which is composed by VAE particle with small PVAc particles around another is small PVAc particle. 60% solid content VAE/PVAc composite latex was prepared by such widening particle size distribution technique, its freeze thaw stability, solidifying rate are higher than common PVAc emulsion adhesive.
