摘要
用自制二胺和二酐 ,合成了均聚型、共聚型自感光聚酰亚胺 ,并对它们的感光性能、热性能。
Two kinds of diamine have been synthesised successfully by using desmestic material in this article. They are 4,4′ diamino 3,3′,5,5′ tetramethyldiphenylmethane(MDDM) and 2,3,5,6 tetramethyl 1,4 phenylene diamine. Author used them to synthesis homopolymerized author PSPI and copolymerized auto PSPI with dianhydaride, and examined photosensitivity, thermal stability and solubility. It is found that these co polymerized auto polyimides have good photosensitivity and excellent thermal stability. These PSPI systems have a bright future.
