摘要
合成了具有特定表面张力的阳离子型聚丙烯酸酯和胺改性的环氧树脂 ,并制备成复合电泳涂料 ,通过电泳涂装制得复合涂膜。傅立叶红外光谱 (FT- IR)和 X光电子能谱 (XPS)的分析结果表明 ,涂膜为复合组成。聚丙烯酸酯主要分布在表层 ,环氧树脂主要分布在底层。而且两种树脂表面张力相差越大 。
In this paper a cationic acrylic resin and modified epoxy resin with specific surface tensions were prepared. We made them for the coatings and the paint film was obtained after electrodeposition. The results of Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy and X ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy show that the paint film is the complexes of the two resins. The upper layer is mainly of acrylic resin and the lower, chiefly of epoxy resin, and the greater the disparity of the two resins′ surface tension is, the more striking the extent of layer separation of the complexes structure is.
