Repose骨螺钉系统在OSAHS手术中的应用 被引量：2

摘要 上呼吸道解剖性狭窄是阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）发病的重要影响因素。最常见的狭窄部位是腭咽平面和舌咽平面。腭咽、舌咽部是由软组织构成的软性管道，软组织体积增大及睡眠时由于胸腔负压及重力作用，软腭、舌体后坠，从而引起上气道阻塞。
