摘要 目的:总结生物补片修补腹壁疝及缺损的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2010年10月至2013年1月广州市花都区新华医院应用生物补片修复腹壁疝及腹壁缺损的17例患者的临床资料。结果:术后15例切口I期愈合:1例发生切口脂肪液化,1例切口局部裂开补片暴露,均经换药后愈合。17例均获随访,平均随访(13.3±4.5)个月,未发现腹壁疝发生或疝复发,无腹壁异物感或慢性疼痛。结论:生物补片修补腹壁疝和缺损安全、有效.尤其适用于伴污染或感染的腹壁疝及缺损的修补以及青少年腹股沟疝患者,长期效果有待进一步随访。 Objective :To summarize the efficacy of biological mesh for repair of abdominal wall hernia and defect. Methods: We did a retrospective analysis on the clinical profiles of 17 patients who unde,'went repair of abdominal wall hernia and defect by using biological meshes between October 2010 and January 2013 in IAuadu Xinhua Hospital. Results: The 15 cases of incision having phase I healing postoperatively and a respective single case of adipose liquefaction and local incision dehiscence leading to mesh exposure could be healed by changing the dressing. No incidence of abdominal wall hernia nor relapse of herniation, sensation of foreign body or chronic pain was reported in a follow-up period of (13.3 -+ 4.5 ) months in 17 cases. Conclusion: The biological mesh may safety and effectively repair the abdominal wall hernia and defect, particularly for contaminated or infected abdominal wall hernia repair and in adolescents with inguinal hernia. The long-term efficacy warrants further studies.
