摘要
痛风是由于血尿酸长期代谢紊乱而致尿酸钠(MSU)结晶沉积于关节及软组织内所引起的一组综合征,发病率有逐年递增的趋势,早期诊断困难。双能量CT(DECT)采用双能量X射线扫描技术,利用MSU结晶衰减值的不同,将MSU结晶与其他成分区分开来。国内外的研究结果显示DECT对MSU结晶检出有很高的敏感性和特异性,对痛风的早期诊断与鉴别诊断具有重要价值。
Gout is a syndrome resulting from metabolic disturbance of longstanding hyperuricemia, which leads to deposition of modosodium urate (MSU) crystals in joints and soft tissues. The in- cidence of gout is increasing year by year, but early diagnosis of it is difficult. Dual-energy CT (DECT) uses two energy technologies, and under different energy conditions, MSU has different energy attenuation. In that way, it is possible to detect MSU which deposits in the body. The re- sults of recent research showed that DECT has high sensitivity and specificity in detecting MSU, and it also can be used to diagnose gout early, identify other diseases which also has ache of gout, and evaluate the curative effect.
