Research Progress of MicroRNA-96 on Maliganant Tumors

摘要 小分子RNA(miR)是一类由21-23个核苷酸构成的功能性非编码小分子RNA。miR-96是新近发现的一种与恶性肿瘤密切相关的小分子RNA,研究发现miR-96在多种人类恶性肿瘤中表达异常,并参与调节肿瘤细胞的侵袭、转移。本文就研究现状做一综述,并对其发展前景进行展望。 MicroRNAs （miRNAs, miR） are small, noncoding RNAs with 21-23 nucleotides. MicroR NA-96（miR-96）, a newly discovered miRNA, is closely related with malignant tumor. The ex- pression of miR 96 is dysregulated in mutiple cancer types, and miR-96 also can decrease/increase invasion and migration of cancer cells. This article summarized recent advances in this topic and outlines prospects for future developments.
