摘要
大量研究证实脑白质病变不是一种无害的影像学表现,其不仅增加卒中的危险性,而且与认知、运动、情感等功能障碍相关。现已将脑白质病变列入了脑小血管疾病的神经影像表现之一。本文就近年影像技术的发展.探讨白质病变及其影像在临床上的表现.阐述脑白质病变生理机制。
