曲美他嗪联合倍他乐克治疗尿毒症患者心力衰竭的疗效观察 被引量：8

摘要 心力衰竭是尿毒症常见的并发症之一, 可导致患者突然死亡, 同时又是尿毒症的可逆因素之一, 及时有效地控制心衰能使病情改善.随着对慢性心力衰竭发病机制认识的深入,神经内分泌紊乱在心力衰竭发生、发展中的地位得到共识;尤其交感神经肾上腺系统（SNS ）和肾素- 血管紧张素- 醛固酮系统（RASS）的异常激活起主导作用.β受体阻断剂对SNS 及RAS 系统有双重抑制作用[1],近年来它逐渐从心力衰竭的禁忌药转变为基础用药之一.亦有研究表明,心肌细胞能量代谢障碍在心力衰竭的发生和发展中起着重要的作用.本研究探讨曲美他嗪联合美托洛尔治疗尿毒症患者慢性心力衰竭的效果.
