股骨良性纤维组织细胞瘤一例报道

Benign fibrous histiocytoma of the femur:1 case report

良性纤维组织细胞瘤（benign fibrous histiocytoma，BFH）多发生于皮肤、肌肉等软组织，而发生于骨的BFH极为少见。骨BFH大多发生于20岁以上青年患者．无明显性别差异.约40％发生于长骨，骨干和骨骺均可受累，约25％发生于骨盆，其它如肋骨、椎体、颅骨、骶骨、颌骨等少见1310现报道1例经手术病检证实的股骨BFH。

Benign fibrous histiocytoma （ BFH ） mainly occurs in the soft tissues, and BFH of the bone is rare. The literatures at home and abroad are mostly case reports. In this paper 1 case of 13-year-old girl with pathological fracture of the femur as the first symptom was reported, who was treated with complete curettage, bone aUograft and locking plate fixation. The lesion was confirmed to be BFH of the femur by biopsy. She was followed up for 1 year after the operation. The fracture ends and bone grafting were well healed, and the movement of the affected leg was normal, with no evidence of recurrence. Because BFH of the bone was extremely rare, and was easy to be confused with osteofibrous dysplasia, giant cell tumors of bone and other benign or borderline lesions, its clinical features, imaging characteristics, pathological characteristics, differential diagnosis, diagnosis, and treatment were described and summarized in this paper.
