脑神康对糖尿病大鼠脑功能减退的预防作用 被引量:6

Preventive effect of Naoshenkang extract on brain injuries in rats with diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的研究脑神康对糖尿病大鼠脑功能减退的预防作用。方法 36只成年雄性Wistar大鼠,随机分为正常对照组(NC)、糖尿病组(DM)和中药预防组(YB),每组12只。中药预防组每日以5 ml/kg剂量的脑神康中药水溶液灌胃,其余两组每日给予等量生理盐水灌胃,连续12 w。在0、4、8、12 w分别对各组动物进行Morris水迷宫实验和脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)检测。结果 Morris水迷宫实验:中药预防组的潜伏期与糖尿病组相比均有缩短,差异随时间的延长逐步扩大(P<0.05或P<0.01)。BAEP检测:中药预防组各波PL/IPL潜伏期与糖尿病组相比均有缩短,差异随时间的延长逐步扩大。结论脑神康对糖尿病大鼠学习记忆能力和神经电生理功能有明确改善作用,有效预防糖尿病大鼠脑功能的减退。 Objective To study the preventive effects of Naoshenkang(YB) on the protection of diabetic rat's brain functional lesion. Methods 12 of 36 male Wistar rats were randomly used as normal control group (NC) and the rests were injected with STZ and di- vided into blank control(DM) and diabetic rats treated with YB groups (YB). YB group was orally administered YB once daily for 12 w. NC and DM groups were administered an equal volume of distilled water. Morris water maze test and brainstem auditory evoked potential ( BA- EP) test were operated every four weeks. Results After 4 w, compared with that of DM group, latency period of Morris water maze of YB group was significantly shortened, the waves PLs and IPLs of BAEP in YB group were significantly shortened. Meanwhile, those differences were gradually expanded in the next weeks. Conclusions Naoshenkang has a protective effect on brain injuries in diabetic rats through improving learning memory ability and electrophysiological function.
