珊瑚礁主动脉的特点及治疗进展

一、概念及名称由来
珊瑚礁主动脉（coral reef aorta，CRA）是指腹主动脉内脏动脉段出现的严重而广泛的突向血管腔内的坚硬如石的钙化斑块，导致腹主动脉及其内脏分支严重狭窄，出现内脏缺血、顽固性。肾性高血压及下肢缺血的临床综合征，其钙化斑块状如海水中之珊瑚礁，故名珊瑚礁主动脉。
