摘要
采用真空热压烧结法在45#钢基体上制备高铝青铜SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+磷光粒子自敏复合涂层,利用SEM、XRD和荧光分光光度计研究分析烧结复合涂层的结构及发光性能.结果表明:烧结复合涂层组织主要由高铝青铜烧结相、SrAl2O4的低温α相和高温β相共同组成,界面处主要以机械结合为主,并存在部分微区焊合点,涂层的发射光谱是典型的Eu2+的4f5d→4f特征发射谱,烧结复合涂层表面发光强度受金属杂质、温度、压力、粉末粒度因素的影响.
Cu -14A1 -X and SrA1204 :Eu2+ , Dy3+ phosphorescence particle composite self-sensitive coatings were prepared on 45# steel by vacuum hot-pressing sintering. Microstructures and luminous performances of the coating were investigated by scanning electron microscope, X -ray diffraction and F97 fluorospectro photometer. Results shown that mierostructures of the sintered composite coatings mainly consist of Cu - 14A1 - X sintering phases, low temperature c^- SrAl204 phase and high temperature/3- Sral204 phase. It is mainly mechanical combination between coating and substrate, with welding points in some areas. Luminescent emission spectrum is the typical Eu2+ 4fSd--,'4feharaeteristie emission spectrum; Metal impurities, sintering temperature, sintering pressure and phosphorescence powder size are main factors that affect the luminescence property of the composite coating.
