患牙治疗方案的选择——根管治疗和种植体修复治疗的比较

临床上对于某些有争议的患牙,是通过根管治疗加以保留,还是直接拔除后进行种植手术,一直是患者和口腔医生常面临的选择难题。近年来,随着种植技术和骨再生技术的发展和普及,越来越多的医生倾向用种植体替代预后可疑的患牙,从而导致很多有治疗价值的患牙被拔除。本文在回顾相关文献的基础上,就天然牙体和种植体的周围结构、生物力学、治疗成功率等方面作一综述,并探讨两类治疗方式的差别,以期为临床决策提供参考。

One of the difficult issues confronting contemporary dental clinicians is the treatment decision between preserving the natural tooth by endodontic treatment and extraction of tooth followed by dental implantation. With the development of dental implant and bone regeneration in recent years, more and more dentists tend to replace a questionable tooth with dental implant, which leads to removal of treatable teeth. This review summarizes the available literature regarding single-tooth implant and endodontic treatment restoration. The two treatment methods are compared in the aspects of anatomical structure, biomechanics, occlusion, treatment plan making and successful rate. Based on the latest available information, management strategies are recommended.
