摘要
针对变速箱壳体在充型时圆筒结构处易产生卷气、缩孔及冷隔等缺陷,提出了改变变速箱壳体工艺结构的思路,并设计了两种优化方案。通过改进内浇道的设计、减小型腔某些部位的壁厚、增设溢流槽等措施,同时采用有限元模拟得到了最优的压铸工艺方案,且经过实际的生产试制得到了缺陷少、质量合格的铸件。
Aiming at gas-entrapment, shrinkage porosity (holes) and cold shut easily occurred in the cylindrical structure of gearbox housing in the process of filling, a design that changing craft structure of the gearbox housing was presented, and two optimized designs were presented. Through improving the design of the gate, decreasing the wall-thickness of some parts and adding overflow slot, the optimal process was obtained by FEM. The castings with defects-free and qualified quality were produced by practical-trial production.
