摘要
对国外采用差压铸造的特种车辆铝合金轮毂进行了成分分析、热处理工艺试验、组织观察和性能测试。结果表明,差压铸造特种车辆铝合金轮毂组织致密,晶粒细小,无气孔、缩孔和缩松等铸造缺陷,经过515℃×18h固溶处理和155℃×6h时效处理,其抗拉强度为355MPa、屈服强度为255MPa、伸长率为7.5%、硬度(HB)为122。
Differential pressure casting aluminum alloy wheel hub for special vichile was analyzed including chemical composition, heat treatment, microstructure observation and properties test. The results show that differential pressure casting aluminum alloy wheel hub exhibits sound structure and fine grain size with absence of gas hole, shrinkage porosity (holes). After solid solution at 515 ℃ for 18 h and aging treatment at 155 ℃ for 6h, tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and hardness (HB) of the wheel hub reach 355 MPa, 255 MPa, 7.5% and 122, respectively.
