摘要
为了确定铝合金轮毂盖最佳浇注工艺,采用数值模拟软件Flow-3D对铸件两种不同浇注系统方案的充型过程进行了模拟分析。对比两种不同方案的卷气、表面缺陷及铸件温度等模拟结果,确定了直接扇形浇口方案。基于此方案的金属流向和卷气位置,设置了真空排溢系统。经分析验证,设计方案合理,为该产品使用真空压铸生产提供了参考。
The filling process for two different gating system schemes of die casting mold for aluminum alloy shroud was simulated by the Flow-3D software to determine the optimized gating system. Through comparing the simulation results in gas-entrapment, surface defects and temperature field, the direct fan-shaped gating system was adopted. According to simulation results of the optimum scheme, a vacuum vent-centralized slag system was designed, showing its availability.
