摘要
梅毒是由梅毒螺旋体引起的一种性传播疾病,近年来已成为全球公共卫生问题。梅毒螺旋体感染后的免疫应答决定了其临床症状与分期。但由于梅毒螺旋体体外培养困难及缺乏合适的免疫动物模型,对梅毒免疫学和病原学的研究一直受到限制。此文就近年来梅毒免疫学方面的研究进展,以及梅毒合并HIV的免疫学协同作用进行综述。
Syphilis is a sexually transmitted disease caused by Treponemapa!lidum, and it has become a public health problem globally. The symptoms and clinical stages of this disease are determined by the state of human's immune respdnse after Treponema pallidum infected. Due to the inability of bacterial culture in vitro and the lack of suitable immunized animal models, the research on the immunology and etiology of the disease is limited. In this article, the advances on immunology of syphilis and synergistic effect of its co-infection with HIV in recent years are summarized.
