调节性T细胞和Th17细胞在OLP中的表达 被引量:3

Expression of regulatory T cells and Helper T cells 17 in the lesion tissue of oral lichen planus

摘要 目的:通过观察调节性T细胞(regulatory T cells,Treg)和Th17细胞(helper T cells 17,Th17)在口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)组织中的表达情况,探讨其在OLP发生发展过程中的变化。方法:应用免疫组织化学双标记技术检测35例OLP患者和19例对照组口腔黏膜组织中CD25+Foxp3+、CD4+IL-17+细胞的表达。结果:OLP组病损组织中有大量CD25+Foxp3+细胞浸润,较对照组显著增多,两者差异非常显著(P<0.01)。CD4+IL-17+细胞在OLP组织中的表达较正常口腔黏膜组织有增加趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经进一步统计学分析,CD25+Foxp3+细胞和CD4+IL-17+细胞数量改变在OLP组织中表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:Treg细胞的数量在OLP组织中增多,Th17细胞可能协同Treg细胞,在OLP发生发展过程中发挥了一定的作用。 Objective:The study was purposed to explore the changes of regulatory T cells and helper T cells 17 in le- sions tissue of patients with oral lichen planus, nethod:Immunohistochemistry double stainings(CD25+ Foxp3+ and CD4+ IL- l7+) were performed on tissue sections of 35 OLP,compared with 19 normal oral mucosa tissues. Result:OLP biopsy samples provide evidence for a strong infiltration of CD25+ Foxp3~ Treg cell,compared with control group (P 〈0.01). Also in lesions of OLP patients,the frequency of CD4+ IL-17+ T cells increased,compared with in normal oral mucosa,but no statistical signifi- cance was found (P 〉0.05). In addition,positive correlation was shown between the density of CD25+ Foxp3+ T cells and CD4+ IL-17+ T ceils in OLP (P 〈0.05). Conclusion:A significantly higher frequency of CD25+ Foxp3+ Treg cells could be observed in OLP group, In assistance with Thl7 cells,Treg cells may play a certain role during the development of OLP.
