摘要
目的:评价三种不同的牙釉质处理方法重复粘接托槽时对粘接强度的影响。方法:选择60颗因正畸治疗需要而拔除的前磨牙,均分为三组:37%磷酸处理多次组(组1)、37%磷酸处理一次组(组2)和自酸蚀粘接剂处理组(组3),每组的托槽重复粘接3次,评价每次粘接后的抗剪切粘接强度和牙面剩余粘接树脂面积比,对结果进行统计学分析。结果:各组在第一次和第二次粘接时的抗剪切粘接强度和牙面剩余粘接树脂面积比均相似,但在第三次重复粘接时,组2的抗剪切粘接强度和剩余粘接树脂面积比显著低于组1和组3。同时,组2第三次重复粘接时的粘接强度和剩余粘接树脂面积比明显低于第一次和第二次粘接。结论:自酸蚀粘接系统在重复粘接托槽时的效果与全酸蚀粘接系统相似,但使用全酸蚀粘接系统时可在第二次粘接时不必酸蚀牙面,在第三次及随后的粘接中则需重新酸蚀牙面。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of repeated bonding on the shear bond strength of orthodontic brackets with phosphoric acid-etch and self-etch orthodontic adhesive systems, nethod:A total of 60 premolars were collected and divided equally into three groups of 20. Each group was assigned one of three conditioning methods:the phosphoric acid group(group 1),no prior phosphoric acid-etch group(group 2),and a self-etch group (group 3). Shear bond strength was mea- sured 24 hours after bracket bonding,with the bonding/debonding procedures repeated twice after the first debonding. Shear bond strengths and adhesive remnant were evaluated after each debonding. Result:No significant differences in mean bond strength and adhesive remnant values were observed between the the first and second debonding sequence in each adhesive system. At the third sequence,bond strength and the adhesive remnant were significantly less for group 2 than for group 1 and group 3. Both the bond strength and adhesive remnant for group 2 at the third sequence were significantly less than at the first and second sequences. Conclusion:The phosphoric acid-etch and self-etch orthodontic adhesive systems had clini- cally sufficient shear bond strength in repeated bracket bonding.
