摘要
目的 :用福尔马林致炎模型研究蛋白激酶C(PKC)非特异性抑制剂氯丙嗪在组织损伤所致痛觉过敏中的作用。方法和结果 :福尔马林足底皮下注射使大鼠产生疼痛的早反应和迟反应 (痛觉过敏 ) ,氯丙嗪显著减轻迟反应 ,提示蛋白激酶C在疼痛信息的传导和中枢敏感化中起重要作用。
Aim:Formalin test was used to examine the role of Chlorpromazine in hyperalgesia induced by tissue injury. Methods and Results: An early and a late response (hyperalgesia) of pain are produced by subcutaneous injection of formalin in one paw of rats. The late response is significantly reduced by a PKC inhibitor, Chlorpromazine. It is suggested that PKC might play an important role in pain process and its central sensitization.
