足细胞在肾小球疾病中的认识进展 被引量:1

摘要 足细胞(podocyte)为高度特异性的终末期分化细胞,当其在出现损伤、凋亡,进而坏死、脱落、缺失,就会引起细胞数量减少和密度降低,导致肾小球进行性硬化,最终导致肾功能丧失。随着近年对肾脏足细胞损伤的进一步研究发现,在多种原发性或继发性的肾小球疾病发生发展过程中,足细胞损伤后数量减少和密度减低,使肾小球硬化进程发展至终末期,足细胞的损伤性疾病先后在大鼠与人类足细胞的抗原相关方面的研究取得了重要的进展。足细胞的损伤并与几类常见疾病密切相关,故本文就足细胞在膜性肾病,肾小球硬化和糖尿病肾病以及肾小球纤维化等方面的进展作一综述。
