急性脑血管病单元管理对肢体康复的效果分析

Analysis on unit management of acute cerebrovascular disease on effect of rehabilitation for limb function

目的观察急性脑血管病患者单元规范管理对偏瘫肢体运动功能及自我管理(照料者管理)能力的影响。方法以我院收治的124例急性脑血管病患者分为单元规范管理组(以下简称研究组)和对照组,两组药物治疗相同,研究组和对照组均在急性病情稳定后康复治疗,1个月后评定两组患者的偏瘫肢体运动功能和日常生活能力。结果治疗后研究组肢体肌力、运动技能(61.28±22.47)明显高于对照组(45.79±20.71),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),照料者对患者管理能力、患者肢体自我康复管理能力,治疗后康复组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单元规范管理介入可以显著地提高患者瘫肢的运动功能和日常生活能力。

Objective To observe the effect of unit standardized management for the patients with acute cerebrovascular disease on motor function of paralyzed limbs and self management ability（management of caregivers）. Methods 124 cases with acute cerebrovascular disease in our hospital were divided into the unit standardized management group（the study group） and the control group. The patients in the two groups were treated with the same drugs, and both given 1 month of rehabilitation during the slationary phase after acute phase of disease, and the motor function of paralyzed limbs and ability of daily life of the patients in the two groups were evaluated. Results The limbs muscle strength and motor skill of the study group after the treatment（61.28±22.47） was significantly higher than that of the control group（45.79±20.71）, the difference was significant（P 〈 0.01）. There were significant differences in the caregivers management ability to patients and management ability of patient＇s limbs self rehabilitation after the treatment between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The unit standardized management can obviously improve the motor function of paralyzed limbs and ability of daily life of patients.
