农村流动人口计划生育公共服务实施情况调查分析

Investigation and analysis on implementation of family planning public services for rural floating populations

目的对某地流动农村人口计生公共服务的实施情况进行调查分析。方法选取某地2012年1月-2013年1月调查的1000例流动农村人口计生公共服务实施情况，采取调查问卷的形式进行调查。结果计划生育公共服务整体认知情况，常住居民的认知度高于流动人口；接受避孕节育类项目的人数比例较高；流动农村人口普遍关注生殖健康的保健、家庭个人发展以及子女成长发展；流动农村人口计划生育公共服务的满意度为39．3％。结论通过对公共服务的理念、内容、形式、职能、以及机制等方面进行改善，能有效提高流动农村人口计划生育公共服务的整体水平。

Objective To investigate and analyze the implementation of family planning public services for rural floating populations in a certain region. Methods Questionnaire survey was applied to investigate the implementation of family planning public services for 1000 rural floating populations of the selected region from January 2012 to January 2013. Results Permanent residents had higher awareness of the overall family planning public services than floating populations. A large proportion of floating populations received contraception and birth control services. In general, rural floating populations attached great importance to reproductive health care, family and personal development and children growth and development. The satisfaction rate of family planning public services reached 39.3% among rural floating population. Conclusion Improvement of the concepts, contents, formalities, functions and mechanisms of public services can effectively increase the overall quality of family planning public services for rural floating populations.
